InvestHorizon 2.0: Boosting the investment readiness of European SMEs

The Commission aims to offer support to innovative high-growth potential SMEs from EU Member States, Associated countries to Horizon 2020 and EUREKA member countries to improve their access to finance.

The Contractor will provide investment readiness services, which aim to help and prepare innovative high-growth potential SMEs to become investment ready and scale-up.

The services will be customized for each SME according to the specific needs identified within the frame of the services described in the Tender specifications.

  • Open services, for any registered SME, described hereinafter, such as online courses, presentations, access to expert’s databases, etc.
  • Investment readiness (IR) services, for innovative high-growth potential SMEs. Eligible SMEs must comply with the following conditions:

o   Open to SMEs from an EU Member State, Associated country to Horizon 2020 and EUREKA member countries, Partner countries or Associated countries to EUREKA complying with the EU SME definition;

o   SMEs that qualify as ‘innovative high-growth potential SME’ according to the specific methodology proposed by the contractor;

o   SMEs must have raised seed finance and must be searching series A round;

  • SMEs must develop products and services in the field of deep-tech.

The total budget for the action is EUR 3 million.
