Results of stakeholders consultation on Horizon 2020 interim evaluation published

On 28 April 2017, the European Commission (DG RTD) and the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) hosted an event to present and discuss the results of the stakeholders consultation on the Horizon 2020. As part of the interim evaluation of Horizon 2020 the EU Research and Innovation Programme, a public stakeholder consultation was launched on 20 October 2016 and closed on 15 January 2017. The report of the stakeholder consultation is a detailed analysis of the feedback received, with many revealing findings throughout; for example on simplification, on the flexibility of the programme and on its European added value. The Commission received cose to 3500 responses and over 300 position papers. Respondents come from 69 countries.
